- Admission only for Malaysian - Customer must present a valid MYKAD/MYKID at Ticketing Counter to redeem the tickets. - Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors' wristband tags will be removed upon exit. - All wristband tags are only allowed entry, only on the date of purchase. - All tickets purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE and no request for refunds will be be entertained. - All transactions in the park are done via cash or E-load. E-load can be loaded at the Ticketing Counter. - Unused balance of E-load can get a refund on the same day of Ticketing Counter before 6.00p.m.
Splash Out Langkawi will not impose cancellation charges on the total number of tickets reserved in the event of any last-minute cancellation or no show on the day of arrival once a reservation has been confirmed. However, Splash Out Langkawi is agreeable to offer revised booking dates, at Splash Out Langkawi’s sole and absolute discretion, in the event the visitors are unable to make it on the original booking dates due to reasons beyond their control.
- Children shall mean visitors who are above 90cm in height and 12 years old below. (Proof of age required) - Senior Citizen shall mean visitors who are 60 years and above (Proof of age required) - There shall be FREE admission for children below 90cm in height. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times at Splash Out Langkawi.
- A RM 50.00 penalty will be imposed for replacement of lost Day Pass.
Splash Out Langkawi will be open daily from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm, unless informed otherwise.
