- Children aged 0-3 and are 0cm-90cm tall can enter free of charge (must meet both requirements) - Seniors aged 60+ can purchase the child ticket as your entry ticket

You must present either a printed or mobile voucher along with a passport/NRIC

- Children aged 0-11 must be supervised at all times - Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings - Kindly note that there is a RM100 charge to switch from a local Malaysian ticket to a foreign national ticket for wrong purchases - The management of Sunway Lagoon will take strict action against anyone found reselling Sunway Lagoon tickets or wristbands - A maximum number of 10 tickets is allowed per traveling group. If you book more than 10 tickets per group, you will risk having your ticket rejected at the counter

- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made - No refund if any attraction under maintenance during your visit. Alternative option will be provided

- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue - Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
