FAQs

- Participants (Adult) must be aged 12+ to enter
- Children with a height of 90cm or below can enter free of charge
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

- You will receive ticket through your email, you need to present your ticket and exchange it for your entry ticket or wristband at the counter on the 6th floor
- You must present either a printed or mobile voucher along with a passport/valid ID/ID
- Child and Senior ticket holders must present proof of age upon redemption

- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made

- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

- This activity is not wheelchair-accessible
