Responsibility

  • Developing and Overseeing Marketing Campaigns to Promote Company Product and Services.
  • Preparing and Delivering Marketing Plan within Key Objective.
  • Generating and Executing Marketing Campaigns Across Social Media Platform.
  • To secure new clients, servicing existing clients and building professional relationship with clients.
  • To carry out sales activities and strengthen relationship with existing accounts, develop new accounts and distribution channels for target and market growth.
  • To ensure customer request, inquiries and complaints are well attended and responded in timely manner.
  • Propose Sales Package to Existing Customer and New Potential Customer for all products.
  • Prompt follow up for all sales leads by phone, email, social media, etc.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via sales visits, meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
  • Complete the job on time which assign by the company.
  • To develop strong business building relationships with existing and new customer base.
  • Actively promote products and services of the company to customers and merchants.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task or projects assigned by Management of company.

Requirements

  • At least two (2) Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin speaking and writing skill.
  • Required skill(s): Adobe, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SQL Accounting Software
  • Positive working attitude as well as good team player.
  • Good time management and able to multitask.

Responsibility

  • To assist in performing accounting matters and assist in general administrative works.
  • To assist in preparing daily accounting entries, payment vouchers, petty cash voucher, accounts receivable, statement of accounting/collections, submission of SST and filing, bank and invoice reconciliation.
  • To assist in preparing and update of sales invoices, vouchers, receipts, debit note and credit note.
  • To maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the management.
  • Coordinate with purchasing department, suppliers and services provider.
  • Check of staff expenses claim.

  • Design website images, product image, banners and etc.
  • Creative, multi tasking, self motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions

  • To perform editing and compositing videos, motion graphics and do some visual effects
  • Develop multimedia projects involving teaser and computer graphics
  • Creating and maintaining 3D components and texture library
  • Coordinate the animation process
  • Execute and Plan Marketing Plans
  • Content Planning
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to help on copy writing tasks
  • Possess Graphic Skills or have Good Graphic Sense
  • Good in doing research on internet especially Graphic Website to finds good pics and design
  • Able to provide contents like Photo or Video
  • Effectively management and optimise the day-to-day job of social content (content scheduling and uploads to social media platform)
  • Research market statistic, trend, new and social media content for strategic use
  • Create the content of marketing campaigns power point slides/presentation materials and storyboard for campaigns and advertising
  • Able to use word press CMS (training will be provided)
