Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/or equivalent.
At least two (2) Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin speaking and writing skill.
Required skill(s): Adobe, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SQL Accounting Software
Positive working attitude as well as good team player.
Good time management and able to multitask.
To assist in performing accounting matters and assist in general administrative works.
To assist in preparing daily accounting entries, payment vouchers, petty cash voucher, accounts receivable, statement of accounting/collections, submission of SST and filing, bank and invoice reconciliation.
To assist in preparing and update of sales invoices, vouchers, receipts, debit note and credit note.
To maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the management.
Coordinate with purchasing department, suppliers and services provider.
Check of staff expenses claim.
